Before today (7/03/2013), I suppose you could say, there was a cluster of useless categories and sub forums which were all really about the same thing or could fit with other categories / didn't matter. I have made the following changes just in case you get lost!

• Removed Xbox 720, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, and the Technology Hub Categories.
• Removed the Graphics Design category and made on section in the General Category dedicated to only Graphics Design.
• Made a new category called Game Station which is basically a discussion of all big games or games in general that are not on the PC as we already have a PC Gaming Category.
• Added the following sections to Game Station: Call of Duty - Zombies, Battlefield, Assassins Creed, Gears of War, Halo, Grand Theft Auto and Other Titles. Simply find the game you would like to talk about and it all goes in there despite if you're talking about a specific game, for example - Assassins Creed 2 or Assassins Creed Black Flag discussion would still both go in the Assassins Creed Section. Any other games not added there but you would like to talk about and are not for the PC than simply post in the Other Titles section.

Gamers Evolution Rules

General Forums/Board Wide

 Here at Gamers Evolution trolling and flaming is not allowed, we encourage users to express their opinions, just in a respectful manner.

 Problems with the board structure, management, or members within the forum should be handled with the staff only. Please do not take problems into your own hands. Such problems would result in infractions of one or both parties. You could private message myself (Hyper), or make a thread in the Support section of the Forum 

Mini-modding is not allowed. Do not take problems into your own matters, all problems should be reported to the staff. Refrain from responses such as, but not limited to: "Reported", "Wrong Section", etc... This will be counted as spam and will be removed.

These are board-wide rules that are followed at all times. But also note that various sections contain additional guidelines. Those rules are also enforced, and should be followed accordingly. Please continue to read on for info on additional sections.

When the site is offline, do not contact any staff members asking when we will become accessible again, all site updates and info can be found on our facebook.

Staff and other Promotions

Do not make a thread asking for staff, when we need staff, Eater, our Head Moderator will be hand picking users to join our Staff Team

Do not personally contact any of the current staff members about a promotion, whether it is on Skype, Private Messages, or any other contact device, DO NOT DO IT.

Warning/Ban System

 The warning system is based on a set amount of points. These points do not expire. Various offenses accumulated for a set number of points, however may be altered depending on the level of offense:

• 5 Points = 3 day suspension
• 10 Points = 2 week suspension
• 15 Points = 1 month suspension
• 20 Points = Permanent ban

Infractions are a result disobeying the rules.

 Disagreements should be discussed within the Comments section only. Please note, disrespectful responses can result in further infractions.

 All bans and suspensions are official and will not be dropped unless there is conclusive evidence saying otherwise. Permanent bans may be dropped with good behavior.

 If a user sees another violating any of these rules, we strongly encourage them to use the report system, whether the user is staff or not.

Posting Guidelines

 Topic titles must pertain to your post. Please refrain from posting "HELP!!11" or use of all caps. Also, if a title is misleading, or otherwise inappropriate, infractions will be given, and edits will be made.

 Responses to members must ensure respect. Disrespect may result in a warning or a ban depending on the offense. Please refer to the report system. This counts as flaming or trolling.

 Content in posts / topics / responses must not contain (but is not limited to): Flaming, Sexual Harassment, One-Liner responses ("+1", "lol", or use of emotion), evading the word censor, or doing anything silly that is annoying and can ruin a thread.

 Spam posts are not tolerated. You may respond to posts with images if they revolve around the topic and do not violate the trolling/flaming rules.

 Flaming or provoking of members in public is not tolerated. PM conversations are private for that matter. Gamers Evolution is not liable of arguments taken place outside the forum.

 Posts need to be legible to help members to understand. Please practice the use of proper grammar. Do not insult members based on grammar as it steers away from the topic and causes problems.

 Personal information posted in general, as well as false impersonations, illegal content, or releasing of a person confidential or personal information can and may result in a permanent ban.

 Cussing is aloud just please do not make topics that spam cuss words, or repeat words over and over again.

In the case that you have a dispute or argument with someone, you are asked to take it to PM after 2-3 responses. A forum mod will usually warn you, however they can not check each and every post.

Final Guidelines

 When you registered, you have agreed the negotiations of the forum Terms of Service. Please take the time to read over this document.

 All rules are subject to change, and will be enforced at the moment of change. Members will be notified of such changes. Staff reserves the right to punish members for rules not stated here.

 Gamers Evolution is not responsible if one of our user spams another site redirecting the members back to this one, if this happens and you wish to file a complaint you can do so by private messaging myself (Hyper), but we take lightly these reports.
